Zhao currently serves as the head of Fund business, covering both RMB and USD Fund, including fund Service, investor relationship, and venture capital ecosystem empowerment. He provides customized financial solutions, business cooperation, and comprehensive empowerment for fund clients (angel investment, VC, PE, CVC, M&A funds, FOF, government guided funds, etc.) in various aspects of fundraising, investment, management, and retirement. 

Zhao has nearly 20 years of working experience in commercial banks, and responsible for international business at Citibank and Mizuho Corporate Bank. He has rich experience in cross-border business and local regulatory policies, and has participated in policy discussions and pilot promotion with local regulatory departments. 

Zhao is currently responsible for the Fund business of a leading tech-bank in China. He leads the team to serve over 400 RMB & USD GP, with a coverage rate of over 92% for Top PEVC. He constantly seeks innovative financial services to bring more value to clients and the ecosystem. 

Zhao holds the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at Fudan University.
